1. Service Description
This business uses OnDuti, an AI-powered customer communication service. When you text our phone number, you may receive automated responses regarding appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and review requests.
2. Messaging Terms
By texting our phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service inquiry. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, follow-up communications, and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
3. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
4. Opt-In
You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by texting our number with a new inquiry.
5. Rental Agreement
Rental equipment orders placed through our website are subject to a separate rental agreement presented at checkout. By completing a rental purchase, you agree to the terms of that agreement including pricing, cancellation, and liability terms.
6. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Oklahoma sales tax of 6.5% is applied to all rental orders. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds release the reserved dates; partial refunds do not.
7. Disclaimer
Automated communication services are provided by OnDuti. While we strive for accuracy, appointment availability and service details should be confirmed directly. We are not responsible for errors in automated scheduling.
